  • Late payments may result in project delays, suspension of services, or termination

  • Fees paid are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing

DANNAT Digital reserves the right to revise pricing for ongoing or future services with prior notice.

5. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

  • Provide accurate information, content, and materials required for project execution

  • Ensure they have the legal rights to any content, images, or data shared with us

  • Respond in a timely manner to approvals, revisions, and feedback requests

Delays caused by lack of client input may impact delivery timelines.

6. Intellectual Property

  • All creative assets, designs, code, and content remain the property of DANNAT Digital until full payment is received

  • Upon full payment, ownership of final approved deliverables is transferred to the client unless otherwise agreed

  • DANNAT Digital reserves the right to showcase completed work in its portfolio, website, and marketing materials

Third-party tools, plugins, or licenses remain subject to their respective terms.

7. Confidentiality

While we strive to deliver measurable results, DANNAT Digital does not guarantee:

  • Specific rankings on search engines

  • Exact traffic, leads, or revenue outcomes

  • Performance of third-party platforms or algorithms

Digital performance depends on market conditions, competition, and platform policies beyond our control.

8. Results Disclaimer

Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of any proprietary, sensitive, or business information shared during the course of the project, unless disclosure is required by law.

9. Limitation of Liability

DANNAT Digital shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

  • Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities

  • Issues caused by third-party services, hosting providers, or platforms

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific service in question.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate services by providing written notice, subject to:

  • Completion and payment of work already performed

  • Outstanding invoices becoming immediately due

  • No refunds for completed or in-progress work unless agreed otherwise

11. Third-Party Services

We may use third-party tools, platforms, or software to deliver services. DANNAT Digital is not responsible for changes, downtime, or policies imposed by these third parties.

12. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with applicable international business laws. For clients operating in Dubai or the UAE, local regulations may also apply where relevant.
